2.1 Quart Additional Mixing Bowl for SU-I82 Ice Cream Maker

I, like a couple of other reviewers, ordered two mixing bowls but only received one. Does no one in their fulfillment department know how to read?

I love the machine. That’s why I ordered two extras bowls. However, you only ship one bowl knowingly. And never notified me that I was only getting one. Had to waste my time and track everything down to get the other one sent to me.

So I bought the machine, I have used it once. I ordered 2 extra bowls for the machine because I think we will be using the machine a lot more. The bowls came separate and days apart. When the first one came by itself. I sent an email asking about the other bowl as I ordered 2, and I asked where I could buy paddles in case the plastic part breaks. I have not heard an reply. So if the machine itself has an issue I have very little confidence that they will have any customer service to handle the issue.
