Stopped working. It did not last long enough to be worth the price. Customer service was not helpful. When my friend reached out for support showing pictures of the machine with error message, their tactic was to ignore them because they didn't have an order number since it was gifted. I tried reaching out and after explaining the situation, they stopped responding. Eventually, they returned that it just cannot be fixed.

Love the looks and features of this coffee maker, however, after only 2 days the light showing that it is set or on is not working. Plus so far the coffee has not been good. I make it the same way I did in other coffee makers and I've even tried the Bold setting. Right now my biggest complaint is that I can't tell if it's on or if I set it for auto program

The clock loses time, if I set he time, say 4:30 pm, by 6 pm the clock is at 3:45. How can I set brew time when the clock times backwards in a delay mode? This is very disappointing. Wasted money and ow I need to spend more for a coffee maker that actually keeps time, not give it away.
