The hardest part is freezing the bowl ahead of time, but after that, it’s smooth sailing. The vanilla ice cream I made was creamy right after mixing, but freezing it for a bit made it taste professional.

This is probably the easiest ice cream maker I’ve ever used! Just freeze the bowl, pour in your ingredients, and turn it on. We keep the bowl in the freezer so we can make sorbet any time we want.
